Ohio Whitetail Hunts

Welcome to our premier trophy whitetail deer hunting ranch in Ohio, where exceptional service, impressive game, and reasonable pricing combine to create an unforgettable hunting experience. From the moment you reserve your trophy whitetail hunt until you head home with your buck loaded up, our goal is complete customer satisfaction every step of the way.
Our whitetail hunting preserve features diverse terrain designed to support the growth of mature, high-scoring bucks. The landscape includes open meadows, carefully maintained food plots, deep wooded draws, dense bedding cover, ponds, and expansive hardwood timber. Together, these elements form prime whitetail habitat, ideal for producing large, mature trophy bucks year after year. The natural layout of the land not only fosters excellent deer growth but also provides an exciting and rewarding hunting experience that keeps hunters coming back in pursuit of their next trophy.

We specialize in harvesting mature, trophy-class whitetail bucks, with a strong focus on deer scoring 200 inches and above. Many of the bucks taken here fall within the 200-inch range, while some exceptional animals exceed 500 inches. During your Ohio whitetail hunt, you can expect opportunities at both typical and non-typical rack configurations. In addition to our 200-inch-and-up trophy deer, hunters will also encounter quality bucks scoring between 140 and 199 inches, offering a range of impressive options in the field.
Hunting Ranch in Ohio

As you head out into the hunting ranch, you’ll hunt expansive timber stands that border thick, brushy cover, ideal bedding habitat for mature heavy-antlered bucks. Beyond the woods, the ranch opens up into well-maintained food plots, rolling meadows, and wide valleys, creating excellent setups for extended-range shooting opportunities.
One of the most distinctive features of our hunting ranch is the versatility of the terrain. We can accommodate everything from close-quarters archery and handgun hunts to long-range rifle shots stretching 500 to 600 yards or more. The preserve also features steep hillsides and deep draws, providing outstanding spot-and-stalk opportunities rarely found at other hunting operations. This diverse landscape allows hunters to choose the style of hunting that best matches their skills and preferences.

Trophy Whitetail Hunts

Our trophy whitetail hunts are customized to match each hunter’s preferences, experience level, and goals. We use a variety of proven hunting techniques to create the best possible opportunity for success. One of our primary methods includes hunting from our comfortable, Amish-crafted box blinds. These fully enclosed blinds feature carpeted floors, quiet sliding glass windows, and swivel hunting chairs for maximum comfort and minimal movement. Positioned along cleared shooting lanes and overlooking expansive valleys, these blinds provide outstanding visibility and ideal setups for pursuing trophy-class bucks.
In addition to our enclosed hunting blinds, we offer multiple double ladder stands for hunters who prefer a closer, more traditional approach, especially for archery hunts. These stands are strategically placed in large timber plots and are particularly productive during the rut and early season, when mature bucks tend to move later in the day. Many ladder stands are also set along well-traveled corridors between bedding and feeding areas, increasing the chances of encountering those elusive, hard-to-pattern monster bucks.

After the whitetail deer settle into their bedding areas for the morning, we shift tactics and move into the timber and more remote sections of the hunting ranch. There, we employ spot-and-stalk techniques in an effort to close the distance on bedded, mature trophy bucks. By utilizing this combination of methods, we’re able to tailor each hunt to our clients’ interests while providing multiple opportunities at a true trophy whitetail buck.
Whitetail Hunting Lodge

Our luxury whitetail hunting lodge offers convenient access for both local and fly-in hunters. The spacious lodge accommodates up to 22 guests with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, featuring handcrafted Amish furnishings, big-screen TVs, lounge areas, a pool table, a large deck, Wi-Fi, and satellite TV. Guests can also use the on-site gun range and archery targets before their hunt.
Hunters enjoy private bedrooms and three home-cooked meals daily, starting with a continental breakfast and followed by a full breakfast or early lunch after the morning hunt. An open bar, snacks, and beverages are included to ensure a comfortable stay. The ranch is also located about an hour from one of the nation’s largest Amish communities, offering an enjoyable outing for both hunters and non-hunters.

Whitetail Hunting Gear

Please bring the following whitetail hunting gear, camouflage clothing, as well as black long- and short-sleeved shirts for hunting from the box blinds. Waterproof boots are recommended, along with a jacket and appropriate warm- or cold-weather gear depending on the season of your hunt. You should also pack coolers for transporting meat, binoculars for glassing, and any personal toiletries you may need during your stay.
During your trophy whitetail deer hunt, you’re welcome to use the weapon of your choice at any time. Hunters may pursue their trophy buck with a rifle, bow, crossbow, muzzleloader, or even a handgun. One of the key benefits of our “any weapon, anytime” policy is the opportunity to hunt the rut with a rifle, giving you added flexibility and maximizing your chances at harvesting a mature trophy buck.
