Ohio Hunting Lodge
Our hunting lodge is conveniently located about 45 minutes east of Columbus, Ohio, near the small town of Newark. Its close proximity to a major city and airport makes it especially convenient for hunters who are flying in for their trip.
The hunting lodge itself is a luxury, log-built retreat designed to comfortably host groups of various sizes. With multiple bedrooms and several full bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 22 guests. The interior features handcrafted Amish furniture throughout, along with large flat-screen TVs, comfortable lounge areas, a pool table, and a spacious outdoor deck. The walls are decorated with impressive whitetail and exotic mounts, creating an authentic hunting atmosphere. The hunting lodge also includes Wi-Fi and satellite television for your convenience. Just outside, you’ll find a gun range and archery targets, giving you the opportunity to confirm your sights before heading into the field.
During your stay, you’ll have your own private bedroom where you can relax between hunts. Each day begins with an early continental-style breakfast featuring donuts, muffins, danishes, juice, milk, and plenty of coffee. After the morning hunt, we typically serve a full breakfast or an early lunch, depending on when the hunt concludes. Throughout your visit, you’ll enjoy three home-cooked meals daily, along with access to an open bar, snacks, beverages, and anything else needed to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Additionally, our property is situated about an hour from one of the largest Amish communities in the country. It’s a great destination for both hunters and non-hunters to explore during their trip.
